Your data

Delete your data.

Batch Hunter keeps almost everything on your phone, so most of this you can do yourself in under a minute. The one record we hold is described below, along with how to have it removed.

1. Data on your device

Your filter rules, settings, the Recent list, and the diagnostic log. None of it is uploaded.

Uninstall the app

Removing Batch Hunter deletes all of it. Nothing is left behind and nothing is kept elsewhere.

Or clear app data

Android Settings → Apps → Batch Hunter → Storage → Clear data. Same effect, if you want to keep the app installed.

2. Data we hold

One record, and only if you have subscribed. It exists to stop one subscription being shared across many phones.

What it contains

A random device identifier generated on your phone, your Google Play purchase token, and the timestamps for when the device was registered and last seen. No name, no email, no payment details, no batch information.

It deletes itself

Cancel your subscription and let it expire, and the record is purged within 30 days without you doing anything.

Or ask us to remove it now

Email support@batchhunter.app with the subject Data deletion request. We verify ownership using the purchase token and delete the record.

Never subscribed?

Then there is nothing to delete on our side. The record is only created when a subscription is claimed — uninstalling is enough.

3. Analytics and crash reports

Anonymous reliability data, and how to switch it off.

If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends a report so it can be fixed — the stack trace, your device model, the app version, and a device-generated installation identifier. It carries no batch information. To have crash reports associated with your device deleted, include that in the email below.

Batch Hunter also sends anonymous reliability events through Firebase Analytics — an event name and a single outcome label, such as whether a subscription check succeeded. They carry no batch contents, no filter values, and nothing identifying you. Google deletes the associated analytics identifier when you uninstall the app, and you can also reset it at any time from Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. To request deletion of analytics data associated with your device, include that in the same email as above.

What happens after you ask

We reply to deletion requests within 30 days, and normally much sooner. If we cannot verify the request we will say so rather than delete a record belonging to someone else. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
